I still use this recipe and it’s very simple, easy, and INEXPENSIVE to make.
Ingredients:
1-2 Frozen bananas
5 dates (or more if you like)
About 3 cups of water
*** ( I like to add water as I blend to get the right consistency)
4oz of Woman’s Tonic (optional)
Blend, Pour, and Enjoy.
Keep your smoothies simple to optimize digestion and maximize your budget.
*** Also, purpose to buy burro bananas if you can or any bananas with bigger seeds. Do your best to get organic bananas or local grown bananas if you cannot find those.
