So I had a question on Instagram from a subscriber asking about the smith machine squats. Which inspired me to talk in more depth about the reason behind smith machine squats, i.e. helping to eliminate knee pain, along with some other tips to stop knee pain and an alternative if you don’t have the Smith Machine or a Slanted Smith Machine.
These are tips I have used and have been given by a physiotherapist and I feel could help a lot of people.
